The Kennedy family have asked me to announce that there will be a musical event to commemorate Peter Kennedy's life. It will be held this Saturday 18th November at the Conservative Club, Constitution House, Constitution Walk, Gloucester, GL1 1TH. tel 01452 523428. It will be an informal event - no speeches, etc but just folks getting together to play, sing, dance and chat. The evening kicks off at about 7.00 p.m.

My, I really must get down to this, whip out my recorder and lay down all the stuff these good folks are providin'. Then'll it'll be back to the old copier and before you know it brand new albums of Glosestershire folkmusic appearing on the streets. I'll finally soon be able to tell old Daddy Feldman I'm a millionaire.
