I'm just wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of some suitable recitations for Children on Irish Culture and background.
I have one or 2, but would love something different for them

Any help greatly appreciated

Marie

Marie,
if you come here and pop your question to the top of the list every day or two, I'm pretty sure somebody will eventually come along with excellent suggestions for you.

What age children?
Any particular topic/focus?

Sorry, I'm not too clear on one thing - do you mean recitations from Irish culture or recitations about (i.e. on the subject of) Irish culture?

Which ones do you already have, so we can get a clearer idea of what you're looking for? Also, Melissa's questions about age group etc -

Hi

Thanks for the reply. It was for a boy, 11 years old. They have to be of Irish origin either from an Irish author or can be written about Ireland.

I got one for him called "Sammy"?! I think. Don't have it infront of me right now. Humourous recitation from a childs perspective. Will suit this little character down to the ground

Thanks for the replies though!
