I assume the song you want is the one that is in the DT as WHY PADDY'S NOT AT WORK TODAY (Excuse Note)

If you type Sicknote (a common title for the song) or Hoffnung (writer of the original) into the Digitrad and Forum Search box on the threads page you will find many discussions of the song, including Sicknote which also includes the words.

Interesting to see that with less then two hundred threads in the forum people were already saying "we already discussed that!"
