EVERY fund raiser I've EVER been a part of has some sort of recompence for the people involved... a t-shirt, a meal, fee booze or some other small gift... you gonna tell me that Mudcat can't stand up to the level of common courtesy in this respect?

I reckon there should be enough of us out there with "publisher" or whatever.... to be able to have a go at a month each... then possibly e-mail the results off to someone who can do the printing......

I do think pix each month of those with birthdays would be easiest, although I like the idea of mixing and matching younger with older.

Hey, now - a naked baby calendar! Everybody has those pictures somewhere, and we could have the baby pics on the birth month. People would guess what they look like these days, and there could be a key with small photos of faces for Dec. Then again, maybe not...

I think that's a good idea Namenson - match the old with the young BUT in terms of practicality and all that, it's probably simplest to do photos of whoever's birthdayis that month - but I suppose the level of complexity would be up to whoever volunteered to do the work on it.

Yes, brother Bill would necessarily be together with me again on a birthday calendar, if that's the way we go with this. Actually, I like the idea because it will make for arbitrary groupings and make the decisions for that much easier for whoever creates this thing.
