Fine, then use Jose Padilla as an exampe. A gangbanger, Puerto Rican who converted to Islam. Locked up and detained as 'the dirty bomber'. He was going to make and blow up a radiological bomb and pollute a city, the Justice Department said. Then they said, no, he was just 'thinking about it.' So he was locked up and held without a lawyer, and they were going to send him to a military tribunal as an 'enemy combatant' so he could be tortured and executed on the votes of 3 officers. No appeal. Immediate death penalty.

Padilla...we should be fighting a revolution right NOW because of that scummy gangbanger. What they are doing to him today they will do to your kids tomorrow.
