Subject: BS: Who will win the US uprising ?
From: Donuel
Date: 09 Jul 08 - 12:11 PM

The Corporate fascism of US / multinational Corporations has acted in concert with an emerging police state built by a Republican adminstration to create what amounts to a 4th Reich.

Propoganda ministers don't have names like Himmler but rather are Mannity and Limbaugh. They 'earn' 100's of millions of dollars to convince the public that any deviation of the status quo or control over corporate power and war machines is insane, umpatriotic and a formula for the destruction of America.

Generals are required to obey Presidential orders like short order cooks.

...My computer has to restart due to a downloader security threat so I will get to the point of the coming battle between a populist uprising and corporate Homeland Security in a moment...

There is no question that a Corporate takeover of the goverment and its police state branches has declared war on dissent, middle class American income and the poor. Indeed it has flexed its muscles in foreign wars in the blatant ways imaginable.

Homeland Security is designed to monitor and control the population of America in ways that the SS and Soviet Secret Police would envy.
Huge amounts of money are spent on new weapons to harm civilians.

If the 4th Reich decides that a populist president needs to be assisinated, they have the weapons to quell the subsequent uprisings.

I have been right in the short run in predicting what certain deregulation policies will do such as:
the sub prime mortgage crises
Enron bankrupting California with electricity bills
the stock market falling to 10,000
the 40 cent dollar
etc.

but I do not know who will win in the coming uprising or what the timeline will be.

The corporate war on the US will lead to street violence and murder at the hands of Joe Sixpack is not indicated at present.
The cultural war to trash science, education and secular concepts of liberty has made the USA and world at large less secure.

This war we are in is undeniable. The hopes of this adminstration's agenda is undeniable when Bush said that 9-11 was like hitting the trifecta.

Who wins? I don't know but this will be A war as bizArre as if the German people had rebelled against Hitler.

First of all, Donuel, I object to the term '4th Reich'. We are not the Germans and had no part in the 3rd Reich. You may be right about what is coming - although I doubt it - but if so, it deserves its own numbering.

When Montana and Missisippi shoots down the republican politicians

there is a populist uprising.

The corporate crackdown if extreme, could lead to a violent uprising. IF there is one all the citizens involved would be called terrorists. Propoganda has taken care that a corruption of language favors the ruling class.

There is no evidence of a violent uprising at present, nor do I advocate one, but there is plenty of violence being done to the American consumer, homeowner and worker's pay.

Prescott Bush was not a Nazi either, but he did make a fortune for GHWBush family by illeaglly trading and doing business with the 3rd Reich.

Scapegoats come and go. They can even be interchanged. The formula for a police state controled ruling class, REMAINS THE SAME no matter what you want to call it.

Eisenhower called it the Military Industrial Complex , but that seems kind of dated to me now.

If one wishes to see or hear an intellignet discussion of the US populist uprising (without the snide comments of no content) you will want to go to the Diane Rehm's show.

What Montanans have been shooting what politicians, Donuel? Do you have specifics?

I am sure there is plenty of resentment and uprising sentiment about, but it takes an awful lot of provioocation for it to crystallize into an actual uprising.

Whether one belives I have been right about certain mega trends matters little.
We all will suffer its consquences despite your belief or disregard of certain facts.

Its nice to be right but its educational to be wrong.

I am 100% behind the non violent populist uprising that begins where we are now. The possibility of violence rests primarily on the side of our corporate goverment.

A $7 billion dollar 11 foot border fence leads to people selling $20 12 ft. ladders.
Simply reacting to corporate boon doggles is still not as good as putting an end to them.

As long as ADP and other mega food corps create policies that decimate Mexican agriculture, we will have an immigration problem.

When multigeneratational red states elect blue candidates it is significant, but that is not the issue.

The 70 year slow motion war against US citizens by the emerging corporate police state becomes evident to average people only when the bread and circus breaks down. The price of bread and fuel along with the price of cable TV is getting people's attention.

My outrage is no more worrisome than the spoutings of Lou Dobbs.
Yes he fakes right and goes left and visa versa for ratings but the war on the middle class is real and deliberatly slow.

If I had to wager I would say that corporate fascism will beat the once proud liberty minded people of the US. That the democratic ideals will thrive in other nations is of some consolation.

In the classic American western, the bad guys were the Railroad that took whatever it wanted or they wore black hatd or were simply ugly killers.

Today, people hardly recognize what was taken away or who is doing the killing. The bad guys hire pretty people who speak in their behalf (the ugly ones are on radio)

When you get old enough you remember that one bread earner in the home was the norm. You remember what jet vapor trails looked like. You remember that the police were neighbors and not a squad of black helmeted faceless SWAT teams. You remember that elections meant something.

The NEW norm and NEW language terms have perverted things to a ludicrous point, unless you are young enough to believe in the all new norm. Then you think that this is the way things are and probably always were.

The corporate ruling class do not fault the intent of this Bush adminstration. Their one true complaint would be that it was just a bit too fast for thier comfort. Profits yes, but immediate blowback against corporate abuse is the last thing they want.

Oh well, enjoy everbody. The only advice I would give is to elect the nervous politician... they tend to listen more.

What else do we remember.
I remember a January thaw meant it got into the high 30's and some snow would melt but it nver got up to 70.
I remeber we used to have thunder snow storms. I remember that employers had obligations to their employees. I remember that trashing science was unpatriotic and injurious to our national progress. I remember we made steel. I remember when a CEO screwed up he was fired, not rewarded. I remember that an endless war brought protests into the streets in nearly every university and city.

All I can say is that jet vapour trails look pretty much the same as they did when I was a kid. There's just a lot more of them and they come from bigger jets. Chemtrails are just contrails. They are usually just frozen water, not mysterious chemicals dropped by the government.

...And then you say you "remember when trashing science was unpatriotic and injurious to our national progress".

Mixing conspiracy theory woo in with real problems causes people to think maybe the real problems aren't real either - counterproductive, IMO.

Donuel, this thread I'm linking to is several years old. Some of the participants are or were pilots and meteorologists. Here and there through the posts, they explain why some contrails look different, what atmospheric conditions cause these things, how different planes operate to produce different looking contrails.

In light of the intolerant claims that I don't belong here and the call for my psychiatric treatment...

I will end my 8 years of posting novel thoughts and illustrations with my thoughts and rememberance of the changes I have seen.

Today we live just long enough to forget the gains we have made in our civilization and allow immortal institutions to continue their injustice and greed beyond our grave. Certain groups use time differently and always will. The ruling class base decisions for their family on a multi generational basis. The middle class works toward the well being of their children and the poor live day by day.
As immortal as certain corporations and power wielding groups may be, they still make short sighted stupid decisions.

If we personally lived to the age of 700 instead of 70, imagine how different Veteran's Day might look. Most of us might avoid repeating the same war. We might remember the great mistakes and work hard to avoid making them again. We would clearly see the slow motion war against the middle class by halving their income and tripling the price of education and commodities. If we lived hundreds of years we would have more sage friends.

A child today can only base what the social norm is by his or her current life. If we had flying saucers , your teenager would think it quite normal to ask if they could borrow yours this weekend.   The words the young learn along with their new definitions become the way they view the world.   I remember the same words and definitions we have today had a nearly opposite meaning 40 years ago. This is the result of deliberate think tank projects that explore new and efficient ways to lie, bought and paid for by those who will benefit the most.. I am 58 but I remember a much different American norm than a 20 year old does.

I remember when one bread winner was sufficient for a household. I remember that a January thaw meant that we had temperatures in the high 30's, instead of a bizarre 75 degree winter heat wave. I remember that there were no thunder snow storms. I remember President Eisenhower warning against something he called the military industrial complex. I remember what water vapor jet con trails used to look like. I remember that the police were our neighbors and known to everyone instead of faceless SWAT teams conducting 60 missions a day. I remember that vote fraud was a regional oddity instead of the norm.

I remember that when a businessman failed and looted his business he was punished instead of being rewarded by golden parachutes. I remember an endless war was met with people demonstrating in every University and city across the nation.   I remember that the very idea of trashing science was unpatriotic and stupid on its face. I remember when we fought a world war against corporate fascism.   I remember when laws were made by law makers instead of corporations. I remember a sickening racial and gender discrimination. I remember loud mouthed demagogues and their shills were paid hundreds of millions of dollars… well some things don't change.

If overpopulation could be solved fairly and humanely I believe that a healthy 700 year life span for human beings would provide a clarity for civilization, the Planet Earth and worlds beyond. Surely there is no fool like an old fool but if we lived longer we might all know what is truly foolish and what bears fruit in our modern garden of Eden.

"I remember the same words and definitions we have today had a nearly opposite meaning 40 years ago. This is the result of deliberate think tank projects that explore new and efficient ways to lie, bought and paid for by those who will benefit the most." Don

I'm curious, Don. What are those words and definitions? I don't suppose you mean words like 'bad' or 'cold' or 'harsh'.

I recognize truth in your recital of many changes, of course. Anyone who has been paying attention cannot fail to be bemused, if not alarmed at some developments. On the other hand, change has also brought many improvements. Your "sickening racial and gender discrimination" for one. I'm 72 years old and I have seen even more changes than you have. But I haven't seen as many as my 94 year old neighbor down the street. Change is a given and it takes no particular acumen to recognize it.

But I really don't believe in "immortal institutions"; I don't even know what you mean by that.

As for living 700 years so we can be wiser- why not settle for 150?

Ebbie you should watch more George Carlin.
now about Internal Revenue or Dept of the Interior?

Words that have opposite meanings by way of deliberate political tinkering are best known as Orwellian words.

Take an average eumphemisms for the word war. Operation, Mission, Cleaning out, Purify...they sound sanitary and medicianl but they signify something utterly horrid. there are humdreds of them.

Other words are borrowed yet they are nearly opposite from their original definition:
Patriot Act
Freedom Zone
Liberal

An immortal instituion could be a nation an organization or even a family.
An immortal institution could be the Vatican Church or departments within the US goverment which are unelected offices classified
beyond the eyes/security clearence of the President. Of course even the wealthiest families are not truely immortal but some of them have had a good run.

As for settling for 150 , genetic science indicates that 300 years is probably the upper limits of possible longevity

As for you remark of taking no special acumen, why should it?
I have never claimed I am the smartest person on Earth, in fact I have stated quite the opposite. I may only state the obvious but as we have seen there are many people who do not see the obvious.
