Subject: RE: Irish Folk Music Songbook From: Ralph Butts Date: 16 Mar 97 - 08:08 AM Ron... There is a nice Clancy songbook "The Irish Songbook", with about 80 of their songs and wonderful illustrations. I've nearly worn the cover off mine. You can get it from Elderly Instruments, $16.95. Elderly has perhaps 30 Irish folksong books, some of which have been discussed here. Elderly is at: http://www.elderly.com/ The current incarnation of the Clancys has Liam with son Donal and nephew Robbie O'Connell. They have a modest homepage at: http://www.clancymusic.com/ .....Tiger |
