Subject: Lyr Add: Farndale Daffodils (Graeme Miles) From: GUEST,Diolch Date: 23 Feb 22 - 11:23 AM I couldn't find lyrics for Farndale Daffodils / aka The Winds of March, by Graeme Miles, on mudcat so, as I've just transcribed them from the singing of Martyn Wyndham-Read, I thought I'd share here. Graeme Miles' songs are, of course, perennially popular with folks and I believe his songbook is still available from the eponymous website. Martyn Wyndham-Read, as I'm sure you know, recorded a whole cd / album (whatever we're calling sets of songs these days) by Miles, which is presumably also still available to purchase. Obligatory dutiful plugs over now so onto the song. It's not Miles' most profound work but it's a pretty and singable tune matched with pretty and singable words which will no doubt appeal enough to enter people's repertoires.
