Yep... no free ones... this is a fundraiser.....

I reckon there should be enough of us out there with "publisher" or whatever.... to be able to have a go at a month each... then possibly e-mail the results off to someone who can do the printing......

dougR.. I'd like to see your smiley face on a calendar.... doesn't matter how old / fat / saggy / stick insect-like anyone is...... this is a calendar of mudcatters for mudcatters......... all ages, shapes, sizes, nationalities.........

EVERY fund raiser I've EVER been a part of has some sort of recompence for the people involved... a t-shirt, a meal, fee booze or some other small gift... you gonna tell me that Mudcat can't stand up to the level of common courtesy in this respect?

Then it's a sorrier place than I ever guessed...

I was thinking in terms of 12 people submitting pictures... one for each month... Not a calaner with all the catters on it... I can see the pont now... Feel free to grab whatever pic of me you want from my web site and use it in the calander...

How about make it like some WWII pinups or something? Shirtless guys and bathing-beauty women? That might be fun---go for a retro look. I took have some old pics of me of when I was little (like 17 years ago) that are funny. Though now I must say I'm a bit scrawny on top. By the nature of the work I do, all my muscle ended up in my legs and shoulders.

My teens would never forgive me, and I've got to do that set an example thing...I'd like to see this year with current pictures and next year with our youthful glory... Me and my jaw-harp... 9the other month,i posed a lot for a friend.it all ended up in an exhibition up the north,that it's threathening to come down in sydeny,as well as my very moralist mother,with my great concern the two matters might meet in some gallery...at least on the mudcat,she wouldn't be able to log-in and find out about her naughty daughter.)

I think I see the direction Max is headed in...

We get people drunk, photograph them nude, and then blackmail them to not be included in the calendar.

I've already started to pick out my accessories, setting, and pose...sitting on a stool with my accordion in front of the parts I don't want you to see (one leg crossed over the other just in case), fishnet stockings, and a beret. On the stage of the Apollo Theater in Martinsburg, with moody bistro lighting. I think it could work. I just need a good photographer.

Well, I've always had big legs. When I was a baby and in a stroller, I used to bang the backs of me legs on the support bar underneath. My Dad said if it had been anyone else, I would have broken my legs. Not me. Also, I walk at least 3 miles a day, with a 60lb+ backpack on. Sometime you have to walk a mile in 4 minutes with that thing on. Also, there are LOTS of flights of stairs here at the school of art. 6 flights...I got up and down them several times a day. So there you have it. My mom and sisters agree I would look good in a kilt...no reason to disbelieve them is there? Always trust the women's opinions!
