All right, I'll come first. I knew a lad who, at the age of 24, had to be "done" a second time. Seems his lady wasn't quite faithful and had picked up genital warts and passed them to him. He was wheeled into the OR and quipped with a nurse, "Just a trim around the sides and nothing off the top." He was rather taken aback when she replied, looking to his nether region, "No. You want it taken off the top and put on the sides."
