Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: Bill D Date: 28 Oct 03 - 11:44 AM being the acknowleged leader in postings, he may not feel the need to do something 'every' day....but I do wonder how methane 'passed' unnoticed. |

Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: Dave Bryant Date: 28 Oct 03 - 11:57 AM I didn't think that Spaw's methane ever passed unoticed. |

Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: Mark Clark Date: 28 Oct 03 - 03:37 PM I figured there must be some link between ships sunk by methane and rubber farts but I haven't seen Spaw take credit for either. - Mark |

Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: catspaw49 Date: 28 Oct 03 - 11:05 PM Yeah, it's a wind up......A foul wind that rises up to meet the nostrils and send the brain into major chemical inbalance.....try it yourself....Here ya' go..... BBBRRRAAAAWWWWMMMPPPSee what I mean? Break out the Zoloft!!!Actually, I still check in but to be truthful, there are damn few threads that are all that intriguing anymore. Not that they aren't good, but we've run a lot of them or damn similar before and I'm out of things to say except "Go read the old threads" which just pisses newbies off! Sorry Gang....I'll try to do better but as kat said, just taking a break. (:<)) Spaw |

Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: Little Hawk Date: 29 Oct 03 - 12:30 AM I know whatcha mean, Pat. I finally gave up on the music threads, because I had simply run out of musical stuff I felt I needed to talk about on the Internet. It takes me longer than that to run out of inane BS and sheer nonsense, but I can foresee the day when that might happen as well. I may even run out of worshipful things to say about William Shatner. Anything is possible. |

Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: Mark Cohen Date: 29 Oct 03 - 04:23 AM I'm so glad I got my new computer with Windows XP...now I can see the little ads at the bottom of the threads, and the first one I noticed was on this thread. Of course, it's for the Fart Machine: only $12.99! As the ad says, "Shipped Priority Mail Make great gifts. Lots of fun." Hmmmmm...haven't bought my secret santa present yet... Aloha, Mark (OK, I admit, when I saw the thread title I got a little worried about ol' Pat, and was relieved to see his name in the list of contributors to the thread.) |

Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: Liz the Squeak Date: 29 Oct 03 - 06:53 AM Intriguing that the Fart Machine ad should be coupled with the Irish Dating website..... Why Irish in particular? LTS |

Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: catspaw49 Date: 29 Oct 03 - 07:03 AM Interesting ads huh? For some reason this time I got: THE GREEN GUIDE--The source for eco-friendly advice and SAVE CANADA'S WILDERNESS--Join the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society These ads have become the funniest things we've had in a coon's age!!!!!! Spaw |
|
Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: catspaw49 Date: 29 Oct 03 - 07:44 AM And this time they are both for Fart Machines. I suppose I could send our resident Canadian environmentalis, Peter T., a fart machine........... Spaw |

Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: Peter T. Date: 29 Oct 03 - 08:16 AM Recently the Uruguyan government lost a vote which was going to institute a methane tax on the country, so as to cut down on their greenhouse gas emissions. Uruguay has the highest per capita methane emissions in the world, mostly because there are millions of cows in the country (it is one big ranch). The citizenry were unhappy about a Fart Tax. Keep your Fart machines south of the border! We have enough bad Yankee air. yours, Peter T. |

Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: Jeri Date: 29 Oct 03 - 09:09 AM HAHAHAHA! Now the ads are for "Thump Music" (they sell bagpipes) and "Bagpipe Music CDs." I forsee a new game here: "Make the Connection". You have to connect both ads to the thread somehow. It might be best to write a little story or perhaps suggest a title. "The Gasbag That Roared" or a limerick: "A bag of gas, is known, alas, to make a sound triumphant, whether it's your ass or a bagpipe crass, and you blow it, squeeze it, pumphit." (No, it's not worth hitting 'return'.) Sorry...just struck me as funny. |

Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: wysiwyg Date: 29 Oct 03 - 09:20 AM So.... when you aren't here, Spaw, are you on some other board, or what? What adventures are you having in your post-Cat life? ~S~ |

Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: JennyO Date: 29 Oct 03 - 10:50 AM I got a Whistle & Drum ad on the bottom. Are these new variations on the different fart sounds, I wonder? I s'pose you could have a whistling fart........maybe even a musical whistling fart. You could train it to play music - Londonderry Air Air on a G string Blowin' in the Wind Well, it is one of your body's organs........... I'll get me coat.......... Jenny |

Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: Rustic Rebel Date: 29 Oct 03 - 11:03 AM Susan- Spaws got a 'Star Scrotum Wish'. Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: Mickey191 Date: 29 Oct 03 - 11:19 AM I have a little bent over Man on my counter. He has a lovely Red shirt with blue trousers, and he has a hole in his pants which is about the diameter of a pencil. He requires a battery, and if all is well he pharts when one walks by. It's a rather cute phart, not in Spaw's range at all. Other day a visitor said she liked my pencil sharpener. And before I could stop her -she had stuffed a pencil up the poor fellow's giggy. I swear to God the little fellow said, "OUCH." We than passed in front of it to make the old beloved noise, and he no longer emits. Then we tried the pencil--He ouched again. So now I have an idea--A toy for sadists! Or has that been done already? |

Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: wysiwyg Date: 29 Oct 03 - 12:09 PM Amos, you lack imagination, probably due to smoke inhalation. Do you not know, from your copious news sources, that there is a fart shortage worldwide? Who's more efficient than Spaw in that department? Start writing! ~S~ |

Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: Liz the Squeak Date: 29 Oct 03 - 05:30 PM Ooh I got contradictory ones - Fart Machine at Farts.com Free Batteries With Fart Machine & Fast Shipping At Farts.com or FartMart Flatulence/Gas Deodorizer End embarrassment with Dr.'s choice charcoal filter pads for smelly gas I think the only question to both would be.... Why? LTS |

Subject: RE: BS: Worried about Spaw... From: InOBU Date: 29 Oct 03 - 06:00 PM Anyone notice that the timing of Spaw letting loose on this particular post, is exactly halfway to the time the earth was hit by the largest solor activity in history. My theory is that the gas emitted by our dear brother was shot into space at a million miles per hour, hit the sun, exploded in the huge solar flare scientists saw, returned to the earth at the same speed, knocking out airplane radio transmissions in the far north. I was impressed with our brother when he was a quiet wit. I was more impressed when he suffered heart problems and returned ticking... NOW BEJASUS BOYO! Ye've done it this time! I AM IMPRESSED!!!! Cheers and beans Larry |
