Does anyone know where to find a midi file for "Your flag decal won't get you into Heaven anymore"?

Legend has it that I know every song in the Rise Up Singing Songbook, but this is one song from the book I don't know.
The song is in the 50th Anniversary Edition of Sing Out! Magazine. And why it's Volume 44, #4, I'll never know. This issue included a selection of the best of the songs that had been printed in the magazine over its history. Seems like an appropriate song for any time we have a Republican in the White House.

(my MIDI is better than theirs)
