I tend to think Clinton means a waste of money, brains and time and, if that is the case, I tend to agree with him!

Peace

G'day Clinton,

Are you taking the name of our rotund marsupial in vain? Careful, we might send over a couple of vombatus ursinus to undermine your house!

(Unless you were invoking the British army's portable artillery: WOMBAT = Weapon Of Mobility Battalion Anti-Tank.)

Regard(les)s,

Bob Bolton

Looks wierd. I'd try it out on an old beater if the price was right, but it'd have to turn out to be something I just couldn't live without before I'd stick it on the Santa Cruz.

"Closed tuned" - that's a new one on me. Presumably it means any tuning which can't be classed as an open tuning, not just standard tuning?

Boy do I need one of these. The main page says it “provides the musician with a number of advantages including improved musical ability” (emphasis is mine). I can't wait to get one of these.

That is clever. Like a "third hand capo" except that it is unobtrusive enough to fret on either side of the capo.

Cape Breton guitarist Archie Gillis has invented and is developing a totally new type of capo. It is designed to allow open tuned chords on a closed tuned guitar. Check his website at..    gillismusic.com
