Read in the Irish Echo the Chieftains have a new CD "Further Down The Old Plank Road," featuring Doc Watson,Emmylou Harris,Nickel Creek, John Prine,Patty Loveless and Roseanne Cash. Sounds like a winner.

Also a new book, "One Green Hill" by John McLaughlin. The Premise is to take 21 great Irish songs celebrating Unionist & nationalist traditions, and investigate the truth of the lyrics in reality to the events they portray. Goes on to say it's a song book, travel guide & history book all in one.
I hope he covers Boolevogue.

Regarding the CD, I checked the price on Amazon and in one of the high street record shops. Amazon have it for £11.99 and the high street have it for £15.99. I know where I'll be getting from.
