I'll go along with the litterbugs. Particularly the redneck assholes around here that are too damned lazy to dig a hole and bury the remains of deer carcasses after they've cleaned them. So they just throw them on the roadsides.

Probably wouldn't be a real good idea to punch them in their faces, though. It's apt to just piss 'em off and they do have guns. It's a lot safer to just shoot the sonsabitches.

When I was smaller, and I was once, my brother and I put a large amount of dog shit in a paper bag. We then put it on our neighbor's front porch (concrete) and lit it. My newest thought is to get a camera and when I see someone begin to leave the scene of the crime (there's a 500 pound fine which I've yet to hear anyone give a shit about..pun intended) I'll run up and start snapping pics of them and doggie. I'll then tell them I intend to send these in to the police along with where and when they were snapped....

Then again, that's a lot of work. It would really just be easier to pick it up (yes, I'll have a baggie over my hand...I'm not completely nuts) and THROW it at them...THEN take the pics!..xx..e

This sort of thing wasn't a problem for the Sioux or Cheyenne, because there were no property lines or fences anywhere...and a lot less people per unit of land! Dogs (and people) could always find a handy place to relieve themselves without causing offence to anyone.
