I'm looking for the complete lyrics to this song. I remember a lot of them, but not all. It was recorded by Marie Muldaur on "Sweet Harmony"

The chorus is

Some verses but not necessarily in the correct order

That's it Peace. I learned it from Marie Muldaur. Problem is, I have it on an album and my turntable is currently in storage because the receiver blew up. I can't quite remember all the lyrics or put them together in the right order and haven't been able to find them on-line.

Here is all of the lyrics I remember. Three lines are missing and I am not sure I have the lines and verses linked up in the right order.

I also can't remember how often the chorus is sung and if it is soung befor the first verse or after.

YouTube has Maria Muldaur's studio recording as well as a live performance video from 1984 (the McGarrigles do not appear in this video, regardless of what the description says).
