Subject: San Francisco/Bay area stolen guitar alert
From: Barry Finn
Date: 03 Mar 09 - 07:48 PM

I happen to notice this in a forum, it's from an old friend who's not only a great musician but a really great person

Dear Friends,
I ask your help in locating two acoustic guitars that were stolen from my vehicle in Oakland on March 1, 2009.

If you see or hear of a guitar you suspect might be one of these, would you please call or e-mail me? Thank you so much for your help!

Sincerely,
Sylvia Herold

In padded Gore-tex case, pea-green with green leather handles and trim, plus brown backpack straps
Quarter-inch jack in endpin hole

Epiphone Triumph archtop guitar
Spruce top, maple back and sides, rosewood fingerboard
Mid-brown finish with greenish tinge
Built approx. 1945

In padded Gore-tex case, black with white lettering, possibly says "Levy's"

Thanks for you attention. Sylvia is a performer & these guitars were some of the much relied on tools of her trade

Barry
