I'm in the process of acquiring the school songbooks from the Ginn & Company Our Singing World songbooks. They were published in about 1950-1951, with expanded editions published in 1959

Editors were:
Lila Belle Pitts, Professor of Music Education, Teachers College, Columbia University, New York
Mabelle Glenn, formerly Director of Music, Public Schools, Kansas City, Missouri
Lorrain E. Watters, Director of Music, Public Schools, Des Moines, Iowa


Primer 1. Singing as we play (kindergarten)--
Primer 2. Singing all the day (first grade)--
Grade 2. Singing on our way --
Grade 3. Singing and rhyming --
Grade 4. Singing every day --
Grade 5. Singing together --
Grade 6. Singing in harmony --
Grade 7. Singing juniors: songs for youth --
Grade 8. Singing teen-agers: songs for youths.
