Yes--I am curious too...as the name of Kate McGarrigle (and Anna) carry a lot of weight in our household. As does one SON of Kate--Rufus-- & daughter, Martha. Finally sat down and hopefully worked this out properly as we've decided to sing it and I now reckon the chords are the following -

And the Am might be a C and the A7 might be a C#dim - can't quite decide. Closish though :)

Don't know the song but listening to it from emusic which gives 30 seconds of it I'd reckon the chords are something like -
