Subject: Downloadable Version of DT From: GUEST,Tim Date: 19 May 02 - 01:12 PM I don't wan't to start any arguments about updates etc. Would it be possible to download the old '99 DOS version of the DT? I know the page says a new version will be available soon. I'm not interested in that. I'd like to be able to get the old version. It worked pretty well for me. Tim |

Subject: RE: Downloadable Version of DT From: Joe Offer Date: 20 May 02 - 01:18 PM During installation, the downloadable version of the Digital Tradition was tripping alarms on some antivirus programs. The download was taken offline until the problem could be resolved. I'm sure there are many Mudcatters who will be willing to e-mail the download to you, as MMario has offered above. I'd do it, but I'm up in the mountains where Internet service is slow. Since the program has tripped some virus detectors, we can't guarantee that it's completely safe - but it probably is. -Joe Offer- |
