ADD: Before Eternity (Archie Fisher)

Does anyone recognise the following song ,recently sung by Archie Fisher at Sidmouth, which begins with the following verse..

I am the moon that sails the night
I am the stars above you
I am the sun that brings the light
I am the one who loves you
I am the millwheel's water............

Thats all I can remember but I'd love to find the remaining lyrics and a CD recording if possible although I don't think Archie has recorded anything since 'Sunsets'.

I have 3 Archie Fisher CD's - Sunsets, The Man with a Song (very forgetible) and 'Weel ye Gang'. Two out of three are terrific.

Never heard the song you mention. If other collections are available, I'd love to hear about it.

Three or four favorites: The Apprentice's Lament (?)/ We lived over yonder banks, I shall ride the black horse/all that I ask you, Lindsey, Wee; ye gang, love

Killer stuff. he wrote an intro to one of my favorite collections of Scottish song - Andy M Stewart's first collection.

Archie Fisher has a lot of newer songs which have never been put on recordings. I've heard tell he sings them in live performances.

I don't know how old this is, but Archie has released a "new" album called Windward something or other. it's fantastic, some new songs and some he recorded quite a while ago. The song you asked about is on it and it's gorgeous.
