OK, I will always argue that the 21st century didn't begin until Jan 1, 2001 due the no year 0 thing. I don't think that "the 60's" and such needs to follow the same logic. If you mean the seventh decade of the 20th century then yes. But I don't see how October 1970 can be part of "the 60's", it just doesn't make sense to me. I see it two separate numbering systems.
