I believe it is also being reissued on vinyl as a "special" for Record Store Day....

Are these the same recordings that Topic released as Come Write Me Down a few years back? I certainly would buy them if not.

The Fledgling tracks are the same recordings as the ones on Topic's Come Write Me Down. In fact the latter has a further 12 tracks which are not on the Fledgling, and it costs just a couple of quid more.

The Topic is definitely the better bargain methinks.

It is indeed being re-issued on vinyl. Release date to coincide with Record Store Day. Looking lovely too, and almost indistinguishable from the original, even down to the iffy typography. We scanned Stuart Reed's original copy (which he generously donated) to get the full stained effect on the reverse of the cover...a must-have!
