Seraching for banjotabs

Hi mudcatters!

I´m looking for banjotabs in gmodal key (mountain minor)

Frailing tabs or blugrass but not those "happy" bluegrass picking tunes or songs in major keys.

Anyone who knows where to find tabs like that?

I have a book by Oak Pub. (Miles Krassen)called "Appalachian Fiddle". I SWEAR I have seen a companion book to it called "Appalachian Banjo", but it's not listed in Oak' site. The fiddle book has several of these types--Lonesome John, Cold Frosty Morn, etc.

QRS ~~ A friend of mine wrote out the Fiddle and Banjo Tab (clawhammer) for a tune called "Gilsaw". It's a bit of a work out but a really nice tune once you get it down.

Wonder if you are a ham radio operator. In code QRS stands for "send slower". You will have to QRQ on Gilsaw.

I'm not really sure what the difference between "happy" and other bluegrass is, so I'm sure this will lead you in the right direction, but you could try looking here. Even tho it's a bluegrass site, they've got clawhammer, fiddle tunes, jazz, and celtic banjo tabs too.
