I guess I'm still a newcomer, since Catspaw was here before me. I have posted a mere 1128 times (not counting a few cookieless ones) since September of 2000, and I live in Fremont, Seattle, Washington, USA, a mere six blocks or so from the Center of the Universe. I am working on a Mudcat Profile, but still haven't got it up to submissibility; in the meantime you can peruse a draft version here. I'm not very musical. Meaning I'm more into the words than the tunes (and even then more into Esperanto lyrics than English ones), and play MIDIs more than actual instruments.

Liland

I'm a returning Mudcatter. I used to post from work, but quit the job about a year ago. After being jacked around for months by friends and relatives who were supposed to give us their old computer etc., I recently bit the bullet and charged one (ouch!). For reasons of my own, I chose not to reincarnate my old Mudcat name.

My wife and I live in a self-built cabin on 8 acres of woods in northwest Florida just a few miles south of the Alabama border. Musically, I have very eclectic tastes. I play Celtic, bluegrass, old-time, swing, folk-rock, and original material. Instrumentwise, I play guitar, 5-string banjo, tenor banjo, dobro, mandolin, hammer dulcimer and autoharp - pretty much anything that doesn't have to be bowed or blown. My wife is a part-time bodhrani. We play mostly for fun, but don't turn down paying gigs.*G*

It's good to be back among you 'cats.

Bruce

Haven't figured out yet where profiles of members can be found. I know I have a lot of friends here, but haven't figured out all the handles yet.
