maps.google.com has created the street overlay, and other sites are using this to add various stuff such as 'water depth'...but Google gets you to addresses....I used to live at 504 Helios, Metairie.

This was put together by our GIS librarian. I don't know if all of these are open access. If not, you may find a request to logon to the proxy server, so will have to skip any of those.

from memory...

On NOAA.gov there are links to aerial view any particular area hit by the storm with zoom features.

But there is a website that superimposes the street names which makes it easy to find any particular property...

Also on this site people are allowed to post comments regarding conditions and roads/routes that are clear.

I hope this might aid anyone who needs to see there home at this moment in time.
